面筋测定仪是测定小麦粉或全麦粉中面筋的含量、筋指数、持水率的仪器,被广泛应用于粮食购销、粮食贮藏、粮油科研机构、食品生产等领域.本文根据其计量特性,提出一种校准方法,并进行试验验证.结果表明:该方法不仅解决了溯源问题,而且确保了量值的准确性和可靠性,不仅能保护消费者、粮食购销等多方权益,而且为粮食领域的计量监管提供了技术支撑.
Research on Calibration Method of Gluten Analyzer
Gluten tester is an instrument to determine gluten content,gluten index and water retention in wheat flour or whole wheat flour,which is widely used in grain purchase and sale,grain storage,grain and oil scientific research institutions,food production and other fields.According to its metrological characteristics,a calibration method is proposed in this paper and verified by experiment.The results show that the method not only solves the problem of traceability,but also ensures the accuracy and reliability of the quantity value,not only protects the rights and inter-ests of consumers,grain purchasing and marketing,but also provides technical support for the measurement supervi-sion in the field of grain.
