一种多模块集成自动测试系统的设计与实现

随着多模块集成测试需求的激增,传统的单一测试环境已不能满足高度集成、紧密耦合的产品调测试工作.本文针对射频综合处理分机的电源模块和开关矩阵模块,设计一种自动测试系统,通过GPIB/LAN总线组成的混合拓扑结构进行程控管理,搭配专用测试夹具和CAN/MLVDS接口卡自动采集模块信号,使用射频开关通道和KVM切换器单一控制多个模块,并进行信息传递和指标测试.结果表明:该系统通过模块元器件级故障隔离手段,极大地提升了测试效率.
Design and Implementation of a Multi-module Integrated Automatic Test System
With the rapid increase of multi-module integration testing requirements,the traditional single test envi-ronment can not meet the requirements of highly integrated and tightly coupled product testing.In this paper,an au-tomatic test system is designed for the power module and switch matrix module of the RF integrated processing u-nit.It is programmed through the mixed topology structure composed of GPIB/LAN bus,and is equipped with spe-cial test fixture and CAN/MLVDS interface card to automatically collect module signals.Rf switching channel and KVM switch are used to control multiple modules.Information transfer and index test were carried out.The results show that the test efficiency is greatly improved by means of fault isolation at module component level.
