基于数值计算的某耐火试验炉隔热性能分析

耐火性能试验炉是测试构/配件耐火性能的关键设备,通常是消耗大量的燃料维持(2~3)h的高温测试条件.本文通过对炉体的保温结构建立三维传热数值计算模型,将数值与理论计算结果进行对比,验证模型的准确性.同时,通过数值计算得到不同方案的炉体结构的温度分布,将保温层和外保护层在同一炉体温度条件下的温度表现进行对比,从而得到最佳方案.
Thermal Insulation Performance Analysis of a Fire-resistance Tests Furnace Based on Numerical Calculation
Fire resistance test furnace is the key equipment to test the fire resistance of structures/accessories,usu-ally consumes a lot of fuel to maintain(2~3)h high temperature test conditions.In this paper,a three-dimen-sional heat transfer numerical calculation model is established for the thermal insulation structure of the furnace,and the numerical results are compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the accuracy of the model.At the same time,the temperature distribution of the furnace structure of different schemes is obtained by numerical calcu-lation,and the temperature performance of the insulation layer and the outer protective layer is compared under the same furnace temperature condition,so as to get the best scheme.
