摘要
为了提高车用电机控制器(Motor Control Unit,MCU)测试的效率,本文基于dSPACE平台,设计一套功率级硬件在环(PHIL)测试系统,将环境箱、冷却系统、高低压电源系统及dSPACE实时仿真机进行集成,并借助Configuration Desk、Control Desk等软件开发上位机界面.试验表明:该测试系统具有精度高、稳定性强的特点,可提高测试效率,满足设计要求.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of Motor Control Unit(MCU)test,this paper designs a power level hardware-in-the-loop(PHIL)test system based on dSPACE platform,which integrates the environment box,cooling system,high and low voltage power supply system and dSPACE real-time simulator.And with the help of Configuration Desk,Control Desk and other software to develop the upper computer interface.The test results show that the test system has the characteristics of high precision and strong stability,which can improve the test efficien-cy and meet the design requirements.
