基于机器视觉的多参数监护仪便携式检定器设计

本文针对多参数监护仪计量校准时,传统的检测方法存在测量结果误差较大且工作效率低下的问题,将树莓派嵌入式电脑结合高分辨率摄像头,采用.NET框架下的C#语言结合O penCV图像库,设计了一种基于机器视觉的便携式检定器,并进行试验验证.结果表明:该检定器可排除人工测量中的诸多不确定因素,提高测量的精度和效率.
Design of Portable Calibration Device for Multi parameter Monitor Based on Machine Vision
In this paper,the Raspberry PI embedded computer combined with high resolution camera is adopted to solve the problem of large error and low efficiency of traditional detection methods in the measurement and calibra-tion of multi-parameter monitor.NET C# language combined with OpenCV image library,a portable calibrator based on machine vision is designed and verified by experiments.The results show that the calibrator can eliminate many uncertain factors in manual measurement and improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement.
