Preparation of a SiO2/Ag Thin Film and Its Blue Light Filtering Properties
The popularity of display and artificial lighting has enriched the living environment with blue light.Blue light plays an important role in full-color display and white lighting, but long-term exposure can harm visual safe-ty.Due to the high preparation temperature of anti-blue light film, this paper developed a low-temperature anti-blue light film based on SiO2 and Ag nanoparticles as a low-temperature preparation material. The film filters short-wave blue light and maintains a high transmittance of visible light above 500nm.The results show that the short-wave blue cut-off rate is 53.32%for the films with the ratio of n(Si)∶n(Ag)1∶0.05 in the range of(415~455)nm;In the range of(500~800)nm,the visible light transmittance is 95.08%.Under the condition of 25.8%reduction of blue light damage, the color coordinate shift is only 5%.
