The sealing machine plays an important role in ensuring product quality,improving production efficien-cy,reducing labor costs,diversified sealing methods and easy control and adjustment.The thermal sealing tempera-ture is an important parameter that affects the quality and effect of the seal.In order to ensure its safety and reliabil-ity,it should be calibrated regularly.At present,for the calibration of medical sealing machine,there is no relevant calibration specification in the country.Therefore,this paper presents a calibration method for the medical sealer with controllable closing time.The multi-channel recorder based on wafer thermocouple sensor is used as the standard to realize the temperature value traceability of the medical sealer.
