Management review is an important part of laboratory to establish and improve management system and carry out quality management.In order to better play its role and ensure the effective operation and continuous im-provement of the laboratory,this paper discusses how to plan and implement the hierarchical management review by combining the status quo of the multi-site laboratory of the metrological institution,so as to improve the effective-ness and reduce the risk.
