做好外径千分尺的维护保养工作,可提高使用精度和工作效率.因此,本文从其各部分的相互作用机制、外观修复、测力装置修复、压线和离线修复、测微螺杆的轴向窜动和径向摆动的修复、测量面平面度的影响机制、平行度修理、示值误差超差的校正等方面,对调整与修理技术进行探讨.
Abstract
Doing a good job in the maintenance of the outer diameter micrometer can improve the accuracy and work efficiency.Therefore,this paper discusses the adjustment and repair technology from the aspects of the interac-tion mechanism of each part,the repair of appearance,the repair of force measuring device,the repair of pressure line and off-line,the repair of axial movement and radial swing of micrometer screw,the influence mechanism of the flatness of the measuring surface,the repair of parallelism,and the correction of the error of indicating value.
