The preparation methods of ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin were introduced.The research progress of the chain transfer agent method of preparing ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin at home and abroad was summarized.The applications of ultra-low polymerization degree PVC in alloy materials,plastic additives,and ink fields were elaborated.
