摘要

对氯乙烯聚合工艺进行了配方优化,建立了聚合温度、引发剂用量和终止剂用量的关系,通过精细化调整引发剂和终止剂的用量,助剂成本可降低 5%~10%,离心母液COD可降低 7%~10%,实现了PVC聚合工艺的降本增效.

Abstract

The formula of vinyl chloride polymerization process was optimized,and the relationship between polymerization temperature,initiator dosage,and terminator dosage was established.By finely adjusting the dosage of initiator and terminator,the cost of auxiliary agents could be reduced by 5 to 10 percent,and the COD of centrifugal mother liquor could be reduced by 7 to 10 percent.Cost reduction and efficiency improvement in PVC polymerization process was achieved.
