An self-plasticization PVC material special for medical catheters was developed from the modified formula system which consisted of ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin,vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin,vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer resin,natural organic antibacterial agent,medical grade epoxy soybean oil,etc.,by a special physical melting and kneading modification mixing process.The product had advantages such as antibacterial,smooth surface,high thermal stability,good toughness and impact performance.No toxic plasticizers was added during the processing,so there was no biosafety issue.
