摘要

针对湿法乙炔发生器给料机启动、停止控制人工操作频繁,气柜液位控制不稳定的问题,对给料机电石进料量与气柜液位设定程序控制,实现了给料机启动、停止操作与气柜液位的联锁控制,降低了人员劳动强度,减少了误操作.

Abstract

In response to the frequent manual startup and shutdown of the feeder of wet acetylene generator,as well as the unstable control of the gas holder liquid level,programmed control had been set for the feeding amount of calcium carbide and the liquid level of the gas holder.Thus,the interlocking control between the startup and shutdown operation of the feeder and the liquid level of the gas holder had been achieved,reducing the labor intensity and misoperations.
