摘要

分析了PVC聚合釜运行过程中的粘釜情况,总结了减少聚合釜粘釜的生产经验.在现有防粘釜技术的基础上,对涂釜系统和出料冲洗系统进行了优化和改进,达到了预期的防粘釜效果,保证了聚合釜安全、平稳、高效运行.

Abstract

The sticking situation during the operation of PVC polymerization reactor was analyzed,and the production experience in reducing sticking in the polymerization reactor was summarized.On the basis of existing anti-fouling technology,the kettle coating system and discharge flushing system had been optimized and improved,achieving the expected anti-fouling effect and ensuring the safe,smooth,and efficient operation of the polymerization kettle.
