超耐寒PVC耐油材料的开发

考察了 TOTM、TM8-10、聚酯增塑剂 PN7030 和丁腈橡胶 P83 对 PVC 材料耐寒性能和耐油性能的影响.结果表明:聚酯增塑剂 PN7030 的耐寒性能较差,达不到指标要求;TM8-10 的耐寒性能和耐油性能优于TOTM;丁腈橡胶P83 既能提高PVC材料的耐寒性能,又能改善其耐油性能.最终筛选出的配方为:S-80 型PVC树脂,100 份;TM8-10,70 份;DOS,12 份;丁腈橡胶 P83,50 份;Ca/Zn 复合稳定剂,6 份;CaCO3,8 份;其他助剂,适量.
Development of ultracold and oil resistant PVC materials
The effects of TOTM,TM8-10,polyester plasticizer PN7030,and nitrile rubber P83 on the cold and oil resistance of PVC materials were investigated.The results showed that the cold resistance of polyester plasticizer PN7030 was poor and could not meet the requirements of the indicators;TM8-10 had better cold and oil resistance than TOTM;nitrile rubber P83 could improve the cold resistance and oil resistance of PVC materials.The final formula selected was:S-80 PVC resin,100 parts;TM8-10,70 parts;DOS,12 parts;nitrile rubber P83,50 parts;Ca/Zn composite stabilizer,6 parts;CaCO3,8 parts;other additives,in moderation.
