摘要
基于微反应器的发展及其固有的安全特性,探讨了用微通道反应器制备对过氧化新癸酸异丙苯酯工艺.研究了反应温度、物料配比、停留时间等对反应固含量和收率的影响,以及合成的最佳条件.结果表明,最佳反应条件为氢氧化钾∶异丙苯∶新癸酰氯(摩尔比)=1.30∶1.05∶1.00,玻璃模块反应温度 50℃,碳化硅模块反应温度 60℃,反应停留时间 57 s,收率和固含量最佳,含固质量分数为 86.14%,收率为 92.46%.
Abstract
Based on the development of microreactors and their inherent safety characteristics,the process of preparing cumene peroxyneodecanoate using microchannel reactors had been explored.The effects of reaction temperature,material ratio,and residence time on the solid content and yield of the re-action were studied,as well as the optimal synthesis conditions.The results showed that the optimal reac-tion conditions were potassium hydroxide∶ isopropylbenzene∶ neodecanoyl chloride(molar ratio)1.30∶1.05∶1.00,glass module reaction temperature of 50℃,silicon carbide module reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction residence time of 57 s.Under the above cohtions,the yield and the solid content were the best,86.14%(mass fraction)and 92.46%.
