Optimization and renovation of vinyl chloride distillation tail gas recovery system
The source and main components of the tail gas from vinyl chloride distillation were ana-lyzed.After optimization and improvement in the distillation tail gas condensation system,the total a-mount of distillation tail gas was reduced by about 10%,the pressure of the low boiling distillation tower system was reduced by about 20 kPa,and the volume fraction of vinyl chloride in the distillation tail gas was reduced by about 10%,reducing the load of the pressure swing adsorption device.
