针对PVC涂釜废水可生化性差、有机物及悬浮物浓度高、水质水量波动大等缺点,选用调节池+混凝沉淀池+水解酸化池 +生物接触氧化池 +臭氧高级氧化塔(AOPs)组合工艺对 PVC涂釜废水进行了处理.PVC涂釜废水进水水质平均为pH值6.5、CODcr 2 000 mg/L、悬浮物470 mg/L,经组合工艺处理后,出水水质平均为pH值7.4、CODcr 34 mg/L、悬浮物9 mg/L,主要指标符合GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准.
Project example of treating wastewater formed in coating polyvinyl chloride kettle
In response to the shortcomings of wastewater formed in coating PVC kettle,such as poor biodegradability,high concentration of organic and suspended solids,and large fluctuations in water quality and quantity,a process which combined regulating tank,coagulation sedimentation tank,hydroly-sis acidification tank,biological contact oxidation tank,and ozone advanced oxidation tower(AOPs)was selected to treat the wastewater.The average influent quality of the wastewater was pH 6.5,CODcr 2 000 mg/L,and suspended solids 470 mg/L.After treatment by the combined process,the average effluent water quality was pH7.4,CODcr34 mg/L,and suspended solids9 mg/L.The main indicators conformed to the Class A standard of GB 18918-2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
