The renovation process for recovery of steam condensate water,excess hot water,heat tracing drainage,and device backwash water in the PVC production of China Salt Inner Mongolia Chem-ical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.After renovation,these water was recovered and used to replace primary water or prepare pure water,achieving internal circulation in the system.The water consumption(inclu-ding pure water)decreased from the original 3.5 million t/a to below 2 million t/a in the 400 kt/a PVC production unit.
