摘要

介绍了4 种氯乙烯合成系统的撤热方式——正庚烷撤热、自循环热水撤热、强制热水撤热、增压密闭热水撤热,并从操作工艺、转化效果、触媒消耗和安全等方面进行了综合对比.

Abstract

Four heat removal methods for vinyl chloride synthesis systems were introduced,inclu-ding n-hexane heat removal,self-circulating hot water heat removal,forced circulating hot water heat removal,and pressured and closed hot water heat removal.A comprehensive comparison was made from the aspects of operating technology,conversion efficiency,catalyst consumption,and safety.
