Application of HAZOP analysis method to VCM spherical tank management
The basic principle of HAZOP analysis method was introduced.The application process of this method to VCM spherical tank management was elaborated in detail,including preparation before analysis,determination of nodes,deviation analysis,hazard identification,and risk assessment.And the effectiveness and practicality of the HAZOP analysis method in the safety assessment of VCM spherical tanks were verified with specific cases.
