氯乙烯精馏尾气吸附运行过程中,活塞式真空泵密封性差、易泄漏,存在一定的安全隐患.昊华宇航化工有限责任公司将活塞式真空泵改造为螺杆真空泵,并对螺杆真空泵在使用过程中存在的问题进行了改进,杜绝了VOC外排.
During the operation of vinyl chloride distillation tail gas adsorption,the piston vacuum pump had poor sealing performance and was prone to leakage,posing certain safety hazards.Haohua Yu-hang Chemical Co.,Ltd.used a piston vacuum pump to replace the screw vacuum pump,improved the problems that existed in the use of the screw vacuum pump,and prevented VOC emission.
