PVC/无机复合发泡材料的制备及性能研究

以PVC树脂为有机组分,SiO2/Al(OH)3 混合物为无机组分,偶氮二甲酰胺/氧化锌/碳酸氢钠为复合发泡剂,三氧化二锑为阻燃剂,甲苯为溶剂,采用模压发泡法制备有机/无机复合发泡材料.研究了复合发泡剂、无机混合物填料和三氧化二锑的用量对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:当采用PVC树脂100 份、复合发泡剂16份、无机混合物填料100 份、三氧化二锑8 份、DOP 6 份、钙锌复合稳定剂4 份、硬脂酸1 份、过氧化二异丙苯 1.5份、甲苯100 份时,可制得性能优异、表观密度较小的有机/无机复合发泡材料,此时发泡材料表观密度为 80 kg/m3,导热系数为0.032 W/(m·K),氧指数为42,燃烧等级为A2.该方法制备的有机无机复合材料具有良好的保温隔热性能,力学性能优异,阻燃性好,应用前景广泛.
Preparation and properties of PVC/inorganic composite foam materials
Using PVC resin as the organic component,SiO2/Al(OH)3 mixture as the inorganic component,azodicarbonamide/zinc oxide/sodium bicarbonate as the composite foaming agent,antimony trioxide as the flame retardant and toluene as the solvent,organic/inorganic composite foam materials were prepared by molding foaming method.The effects of the dosages of composite foaming agent,inor-ganic mixture filler,and antimony trioxide on the properties of composite materials were studied.The re-sults showed that organic/inorganic composite foaming materials with excellent performance and low ap-parent density could be prepared from 100 parts of PVC resin,16 parts of composite foaming agent,100 parts of inorganic mixed filler,8 parts of antimony trioxide,6 parts of DOP,4 parts of calcium zinc com-posite stabilizer,1 part of stearic acid,1.5 parts of diisopropyl peroxide,and 100 parts of toluene.The apparent density of the foaming material was 80 kg/m3,the thermal conductivity was 0.032 W/(m·K),the oxygen index was 42,and the combustion level was A2.The organic-inorganic composite ma-terials prepared by this method showed good thermal insulation properties,excellent mechanical proper-ties,good flame retardancy,and had broad application prospects.
