Abstract
Energy saving and consumption reduction measures in the production of vinyl chloride produced by calcium carbide method were introduced,including the use of dual-effect heat exchangers to fully utilize heat,the recovery of low-pressure steam through steam condensate flash evaporation,and the use of air coolers instead of 7 ℃ water coolers.
