摘要

分析了汽提系统连续运行效果差、产能达不到设计要求的原因,进行了针对性改进,包括扩大塔盘气孔直径、优化汽提蒸汽上升路线、增加冲洗水管线、将油溶性终止剂更换为水溶性终止剂等,提高了装置安全性能,延长了设备的运行周期.

Abstract

The causes of poor effect of stripping system during continuous operation and the produc-tion not up to designed capacity were analyzed.Targeted improvements were made accordingly,inclu-ding expanding the diameter of the tower tray pore,optimizing the rising route of stripping steam,in-creasing the flushing water pipeline,replacing the oil soluble termination agent with a water soluble termi-nation agent,etc.As a result,the safety performance of the device improved and the operating cycle of the device extended.
