以VCM为第一单体、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯(DAP)为第二单体,将聚合反应温度控制在53 ℃,研究了 DAP的添加量对PVC聚合度的影响.结果表明,随着DAP用量的增加,PVC的平均聚合度提高.
Application of diallyl phthalate to the production of high polymerization degree PVC resin
The effect of diallyl phthalate(DAP)addition on the degree of polymerization of PVC was studied using VCM as the first monomer and DAP as the second monomer,with the polymerization reaction temperature controlled at 53 ℃.The results indicated that with the increase in DAP dosage,the average degree of polymerization of PVC increased.
