摘要

针对氯乙烯碱洗塔内碱液浓度波动大、加入量不稳定,人工配碱准确度差、劳动强度高等问题,进行了自动配碱工艺改造,介绍了改造方案、自动配碱程序的设置及改造效果.改造后提升了自动化水平,提高了系统运行的稳定性,降低了安全风险.

Abstract

In response to the problems of large fluctuations in alkaline solution concentration and un-stable addition amount in the vinyl chloride alkali washing tower,poor accuracy of manual alkali prepara-tion and high labor intensity,an automatic alkali preparation process transformation was carried out.The transformation plan,the setting of the automatic alkali preparation program,and the transformation effect were introduced.After the transformation,the automation level and operation stability of the system were improved,and safety risks was reduced.
