介绍了四气在线分析仪在电石炉尾气分析中的应用.采用ULTRAMAT 23分析仪分析一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氧气含量,采用CALOMAT 6E分析仪分析氢气含量.详细介绍了分析流程、常见的故障处理和日常维护要求.
Abstract
The application of online analyzers to the analysis of four kinds of gas in calcium carbide furnace tail gas was introduced.The ULTRAMAT 23 analyzer was used to analyze carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,and oxygen content,and the CALOMAT 6E analyzer was used to analyze hydrogen content.The analysis process,common fault handling,and daily maintenance requirements were intro-duced in detail.
