Discussion on the coking problem of EDC cracking furnace tubes using Oxychem technology
For the EDC cracking furnace using Oxychem technology,seven related factors affecting the formation of coking in EDC cracking furnace tubes operating under high load were analyzed,and corresponding control measures were summarized.Through proper control,the purpose of prolonging the operation cycle of the cracking furnace and controlling the quality of vinyl chloride products and relat-ed consumption was achieved.
