分析了电石法氯乙烯合成精馏残液的组分,阐述了从残液中回收提纯氯乙烯和1,1-二氯乙烷的技术原理和工艺流程,并对装置应用效果进行了分析.结果表明:从精馏残液中回收的氯乙烯质量分数达到99.0%以上,1,1-二氯乙烷质量分数达到95.0%以上,实现了精馏残液由危险废物向副产品的转变,节省了危废处置费用.
Application of purification technology for 1,1-dichloroethane from vinyl chloride distillation residue
The components of the distillation residue from the synthesis of vinyl chloride using calci-um carbide method were analyzed,and the technical principles and process flow for recovering and purif-ying vinyl chloride and 1,1-dichloroethane from the residue were elaborated in detail.The application effect of the device was also analyzed.The results showed that the mass fraction of vinyl chloride recovered from the distillation residue reached over 99.0%,and the mass fraction of 1,1-dichloroethane reached over 95.0%.The transformation of distillation residue from hazardous waste to by-products was achieved,and the cost of hazardous waste disposal was saved.
