Improvement in anti-scaling technology for pre-polymerizer in the production of polyvinyl chloride by bulk method
The process of polyvinyl chloride production by bulk method was introduced.The main reasons for the sticking in the pre-polymerizer was analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures was proposed,including adding an automatic high-pressure cleaning device for the pre-polymerizer and an automatic spraying device for anti-scaling agent.After improvement,the cleaning cycle of the pre-poly-merizer was extended,the production capacity of the device was increased,and the safety risks brought by cleaning operations was reduced.
