摘要
介绍了用过氧化物引发剂完全替代传统偶氮二异庚腈生产 PVC 糊树脂的工业化试验和生产情况.结果表明,在其他配方和参数不变的条件下,胶乳性能和 PVC 糊树脂产品性能均达到企业质量标准,符合国家卫生标准.
Abstract
The industrial experiment and production situation of the production of PVC paste resin by using peroxide initiators to completely replace traditional azodiisoheptanitrile were introduced.The re-sults showed that under the conditions of other formulas and parameters unchanged,the performance of latex and PVC paste resin products met the quality standards of the enterprise and met the national health standards.
