介绍了电石生产工艺流程及电石炉自动控制系统的配置.详细阐述了电石炉控制系统的控制策略和优化措施.优化后,自动控制程序操作简单,电石炉运行平稳,电石产品发气量稳定,取得了良好的经济效益.
Abstract
The production process of calcium carbide and the configuration of the automatic control system for calcium carbide furnace were introduced.The control strategy and optimization measures for the calcium carbide furnace control system were elaborated in detail.After optimization,the automatic control program was easy to operate,the calcium carbide furnace operated stably,and the gas generation of calcium carbide products was stable,so that good economic benefits were achieved.
