对比分析采用GB/T 9345.5-2010《塑料 灰分的测定 第 5 部分:聚氯乙烯》中方法A和方法C测定碳酸钙填充含铅 PVC材料灰分结果的差异,指出碳酸钙填充含铅 PVC 材料按方法 B 和方法 C 测定灰分过程中,碳酸钙转化为硫酸钙导致灰分测定结果偏高,从技术与标准化方面进行了讨论并提出了标准的应用建议.
Determination of ash in lead-containing PVC materials filled with calcium carbonate
A comparative analysis was conducted on the differences in the ash determination results of lead-containing PVC materials filled with calcium carbonate by method A and method C in GB/T 9345.5-2010 Plastics-Determination of ash-Part 5:Poly(vinyl chloride).It was pointed out that in the determination of ash content in lead-containing PVC materials filled with calcium carbonate according to method B and method C,the conversion of calcium carbonate to calcium sulfate led to higher ash de-termination results.Technical and standardization aspects were discussed,and suggestions for the applica-tion of the national standard were proposed.
