Discussion on coking and heat exchange control of TLE in EDC cracking unit
The main factors affecting the coking and heat transfer efficiency of the inner wall of TLE tubes under high load(105%-110%of design load)were analyzed for the EDC cracking unit using Oxychem technology.Corresponding control measures were summarized to extend the benign operating cycle of the EDC cracking unit.
