详细介绍了 VCM 聚合装置回收系统的工艺流程及存在的问题,分析了 VCM 回收冷凝器尾排压力高的原因,并制定了切实有效的改进措施,为氯乙烯聚合系统的安全稳定运行提供了技术支撑.

Abstract

The process flow of the VCM polymerization device recycling system was introduced as well as existing problems.The reasons for the high exhaust pressure in the VCM recovery condenser were analyzed.Practical and effective improvement measures were formulated to provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the vinyl chloride polymerization system.
