摘要

从工艺和设备等方面分析了乙炔回收装置中循环水冷却器列管频繁腐蚀泄漏的原因,从设备材质上进行了优化和改造,解决了循环水冷却器列管腐蚀的棘手问题,保障了生产系统的稳定运行.

Abstract

The reasons for frequent corrosion and leakage of the circulating water cooler tubes in the acetylene recovery unit were analyzed from the aspects of process and equipment.Optimization and modification of equipment materials were carried out to solve the thorny problem of corrosion of the circulating water cooler tubes and ensure the stable operation of the production system.
