The main causes of impurities in PVC resin were explored.Targeted control measures were proposed for impurities from raw materials,polymerization process,stripping process,and drying process.After the implementation of control measures,the number of impurity particles in PVC SG5 res-in was decreased significantly,product quality and market competitiveness were improved.
