摘要

分析了 PVC树脂静电大的危害和主要原因,采取了优化干燥器温度,在输送风机进口增加湿空气吸入管道,在输送管道上增加加湿装置、冷却套管及静电接地跨接线等改进措施,有效消除了 PVC 树脂的静电,保证了树脂的输送速度.

Abstract

The hazards and main causes of high static electricity in PVC resin was analyzed.Im-provement measures were adopted,such as optimizing the dryer temperature,adding a wer air suction pipeline at the inlet of the conveying fan,adding humidifying device,cooling sleeves and static grounding wires on the conveying pipeline.After the implementation of improvement measures,static electricity in PVC resin was effectively eliminated and the conveying speed of the resin was ensured.
