采用化学发泡一步模压法制备聚氯乙烯高发泡材料.研究了发泡剂、交联剂、活化引发剂、改性剂用量对发泡材料性能和泡孔结构的影响,探讨了泡沫成核剂的种类和用量对发泡性能的影响,并对采用不同泡沫成核剂制得的发泡材料的泡孔结构进行了观察和分析.
Study on the factors influencing the properties and cell structure of highly foamed polyvinyl chloride materials
Highly foamed polyvinyl chloride material was prepared by one-step chemical foaming molding method.The effects of foaming agent,crosslinking agent,activation initiator,and modifier dos-age on the properties and cell structure of foamed materials were studied.The effect of the type and a-mount of foam nucleating agent on the foaming performance was discussed.The cell structure of the foamed materials in the presence of different foam nucleating agents was observed and analyzed.
