Application of domestic auxiliary dispersants in 105-m3 polymerization reactor
The performance differences between imported auxiliary dispersants and domestic auxiliary dispersants currently used in the 105-m3 polymerization kettle system were analyzed.The impact of China-made auxiliary dispersants replacing imported auxiliary dispersants on the process parameters and product properties in the production of PVC-SG5 resin in 105-m3 reactor was studied.Through formula optimi-zation,the goal of replacing imported auxiliary dispersants with domestically produced auxiliary dispersants was realized.
