Reasons and countermeasures against the production of plasticized sheets in the star-shaped PVC resin feeder
The characteristics of star-shaped feeder were introduced,and the reasons for the prob-lems that occurred during the operation of the star-shaped feeder were analyzed.Measures to improve and optimize the sealing of the star-shaped feeder were proposed,including optimizing the gas seal conveying form and increasing the clearance between the impeller and the special body.The renovation effect was good,and blockage rarely occurred during subsequent operation,resulting in a significant reduction in maintenance frequency.
