摘要

针对乙炔次氯酸钠清净系统运行过程中的异常问题采取了次氯酸钠两级配制工艺、次氯酸钠废水密闭循环降温工艺、提升次氯酸钠废水回收效果等改进措施.改进后,配制的次氯酸钠溶液浓度稳定,保证了乙炔清净效果;提升了次氯酸钠废水的汽提效果.

Abstract

In response to the abnormal problems encountered during the operation of the sodium hypochlorite purification system in acetylene production,improvement measures were taken,including a two-stage preparation process for sodium hypochlorite solution,a closed circulation cooling process for waste sodium hypochlorite,and an enhancement in the recovery efficiency of waste sodium hypochlorite.After improvement,the concentration of the prepared sodium hypochlorite solution remained stable,which ensured the purification effect of acetylene.The stripping efficiency of waste sodium hypochlorite was improved.
