分析了配方体系中关键助剂对CPVC制品力学性能的影响,结果表明:以有机锡为稳定剂、MBS为冲击改性剂、ACR为加工增塑剂,润滑剂PE蜡用量为1.4~1.8 份,可获得力学性能较好的CPVC制品.
The influence of formulation system on the mechanical properties of CPVC
The influence of key additives in the formulation system on the mechanical properties of CPVC products was analyzed.The results showed that CPVC products with good mechanical properties could be obtained by using organotin as a stabilizer,MBS as an impact modifier,ACR as a processing plasticizer,and a lubricant PE wax dosage of 1.4-1.8 parts.
