A new control plan for material feed to dry-process acetylene reactor was proposed,which controls the pressure and flow rate of the water injection system by controlling the speed of the wa-ter injection pump.The control principles and steps of the variable frequency control unit of the first stage washing circulation pump and the metering spiral conveyor were introduced in detail,and the changing trends of the reactor water injection flow before and after the implementation of this technology were compared.
