The evaluation methods for the processing performance of PVC resin were summarized,including granulation evaluation test,roll of transparent stretching PVC sheet test,dynamic thermal stabil-ity evaluation test,high temperature aging evaluation test,rheological performance evaluation test,and molecular weight distribution test.By using the above analysis methods,downstream production processes could be simulated in laboratory,and the quality of products such as PVC resin pellets and transparent sheets was predicted and evaluated.
