以内蒙古鄂尔多斯电力冶金集团股份有限公司氯碱化工分公司处理废硫酸2 万t/a、再生98%工业硫酸1.44 万t/a为例,对国产化废硫酸裂解再生装置的工艺技术路线、主要工艺流程、主要设备选型、环保、能耗、投资估算等方面进行了深入分析,为氯碱企业乙炔清净废硫酸回用提供借鉴和思路.
Taking the annual processing of 20 kt of waste sulfuric acid and the regeneration of 14.4 kt of 98%industrial sulfuric acid in Chlor-Alkali Chemical Branch of Inner Mongolia Ordos Electric Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,an in-depth analysis of a domestically produced waste sulfuric acid cracking and regeneration unit was conducted,including the process technology route,main process flow,main equipment selection,environmental protection,energy consumption,investment estimation and other aspects,in order to provide chlor-alkali enterprises with reference and ideas for the reuse of waste sulfuric acid formed in acetylene clean.
