The problem of self-polymerization inside seed polymerizer in PVC paste resin production and solutions
The formation reasons of self-polymer on the inner wall of the seed polymerizer in the production of PVC paste resin by seed micro-suspension method were analyzed.Corresponding improve-ment measures were taken from the aspects of process and equipment and the problem of self-polymer af-fecting production was solved.
