Design of wastewater concentration process and simulation and optimization of concentration tower in acetylene sodium hypochlorite purification system based on Aspen Plus
Based on low-temperature atmospheric evaporation technology,a air circulation low-temperature atmospheric pressure concentration system for wastewater from calcium carbide method acetylene purification was designed.Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and study from the as-pects of circulating liquid flow rate and temperature,dry air flow rate and temperature,and theoreti-cal plate number of the concentration tower.Suitable operating parameters and equipment parameters were obtained.
