摘要
设计了4种表面处理方案,采用摩擦牢度测试仪模拟刮擦过程,评估不同表面处理方案对PVC复合革印刷图案的防护效果.其中复合一层PVC透明薄膜的表面处理方式对PVC复合革表面印刷图案耐刮擦防护最理想.
Abstract
Four surface treatment schemes were designed,and a friction fastness tester was used to simulate the scratching process to evaluate the protective effect of different surface treatment schemes on printing patterns of PVC lamination film.The surface treatment method of using a composite layer of PVC transparent film was the most ideal method for scratch resistant protection of patterns printed on the surface of PVC lamination film.
